Currently an independent consultant, Kirill has over 12 years' experience in supervision of the following operations: drilling operations (ERD up to 8000m MD, RSS, MWD, LWD, OBM, running casing, cementing, etc.); completions of injection and high rate (>4000 bopd) producing wells (smart completions, frac-n-packs from platform and from stim. vessel); workovers and interventions (e-line, slickline, fishing, etc.) of smart and conventional wells. Other experience includes performance monitoring, managing multinational contractors team (up to 40 people), implementing minor amendments to approved programs in case of unforeseen circumstances, coordinating operations in case of safety or operational emergency, managing offshore logistics and personnel, monitoring efficient consumption of companies materials and equipment, suggesting operational and safety improvements to be implemented in drilling programs, leading HSSE, investigating incidents, leading safety meeting and emergency drills – no lost time incidents since 2012. His background includes completion and stimulation for unconventional gas reservoirs (tight gas, shale, coalbed methane) – multi-stage frac., coil tubing, e-line, slickline, snubbing, etc.
